Onward Search expands Sales and Growth Marketing services, promoting Walsh to Practice Leader
NORWALK, CT | June 5, 2024
Onward Search, a specialized staffing and talent solutions provider, announced the promotion of Melissa Walsh to VP & Practice Leader, Sales and Growth Marketing. In this role, Walsh will lead a dedicated practice area to help Onward’s clients build the teams responsible for developing and executing successful revenue and growth marketing initiatives. The practice area will include the placement of fractional executives, sales leaders, and performance marketers, among others, while providing companies with new talent solutions, such as recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), sales training, and sales enablement.
With over a decade of industry experience, Walsh brings a proven history of helping industry-leading clients scale high-performing teams and achieve strategic growth objectives. Previously, she held leadership positions at Aquent and Randstad USA, where her focus on honesty, integrity, and quality drove substantial success for client partners. She also serves as Marketing Outreach Project Manager for the Association for Talent Development.
