Annual SIA list recognizes women for exceptional contributions in the staffing industry

Onward Search, a staffing and talent solutions provider specializing in creative, marketing and technology, is thrilled to announce that Kim Shatzer, SVP of Delivery, has been recognized on the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 2023 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing List. In its ninth year, SIA’s prestigious list showcases those women who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation and influence in the staffing industry.
In addition to leading her company’s recruitment and delivery teams, Shatzer co-founded Onward Play, the award-winning gaming and immersive technology staffing division of Onward Search. Shatzer has long been a tireless advocate for diversity within the staffing and gaming industries. She is a loyal member of multiple associations, including Women in Games International, International Game Developers Association, VR/AR Association, and Chief. She also serves on the board of Feeding The Orphans, a charitable organization that provides underprivileged Ghanaian children with essential resources such as childcare, education, healthcare, housing and vocational training.
